The 7 Pot chili pepper was originally grown in Trinidad. The name refers to the fact that a single chili has heat and power enough for 7 whole pots. The heat of a 7 Pot may be similar to that of a Bhut Jolokia with notes of both fruit and nuts, which match the sweetness of this ketchup perfectly.
